I agree. I'd only be 'shocked' by the choice of opponent if it was Mayweather or Smith. I think Canelo being boxings clear no.1 draw would be driving him crazy. Look at the ridiculous fight he made with McGregor after GGG Canelo 1 was announced. Also, I think Canelo would take the opportunity to avenge his only official defeat.

 

Floyd ain't going no where near Canelo. He might talk crazy at times but he ain't stupid by a long shot.
