If a 3 year layoff Bowe decides to fight Tunney, I think Tunney UD's him.

I pick Bowe in any of these fights, but Tunney would be the hardest opponent

Tunney was a tough crafty *******. He’d think of a way to beat/compete with Bowe. Idk if he would win but he’d make it a fight.

Tony Tubbs, a slick mobile boxer who was past his best, arguably beat a prime Bowe. On the other hand, Tubbs was more of Bowe's size than was Tunney.

You think that Sharkey could do anything? A lot of posters on here think that he'd give Lennox Lewis trouble, why not Riddick Bowe?

Tubbs exceeded expectations but he clearly lost. There is really no sensible argument for him beating Bowe.

Modern day gloves, rules and a standard size ring I'd pick him to beat them all, there's a wide range of styles though so I'd expect him to struggle against some.

I think Bowe beat Tubbs, but Tubbs performed better than expected and crowd was pro-Tubbs. However, all judges and newspapers writers scored the fight for Bowe.

I don't think Sharkey will give Lewis or Bowe too much trouble TBH. Maybe for few rounds, but then he gets stopped

I don’t believe he clearly lost. I scored the bout a draw years ago. I’ll have to watch again

Sharkey beat Wills, Godfrey, Carnera, De Kuh, Scott - there is no reason to not believe he could give Bowe problems. He moved and slipped well, and Bowe was always easy to hit. Just not sure Sharkey can hold up to a super heavy returning that heavy fire.

This is one of the most confusing polls I have ever tried to answer on this site.

With Bowe, things like consistency and longevity aren't really the first things you associate them. At his best he'd beat any of them, I doubt he'd make it halfway without going off the rails though.

Tunney would school Bowe. Sharkey and Willard in their primes would be 50/50 fights for Bowe.

Against the rest of the list I’d favor Bowe, but I could see Firpo giving him a tough fight.
