broner is not half the fighter toney was. Not even close.

Prime zab beats broner up. Better in all regards. Broner has more heart when a fight gets rough and tough but skill wise, stylistically, zab was light years ahead of broner. Zab had atg potential. His problems were mental.

I’m not saying Sugar did this, but to compare Broner to Toney is like comparing a wart to the Matterhorn.

Maidana badly hurt him, but couldn't put him away. Mikey and Jessie couldn't hurt him. Broner is durable as hell. But Pacquiao is a better puncher (speed, angles) than all of them...

Broner if nothing else is durable, expect to beat him soundly, but would be very surprised if he stopped him.

Depends how broner fights him. What people fail to take into account when they say Pac just stopped knocking fighters out, is that fighters stopped fighting a style that would get them knocked out.

Margarito who always blocked punches with his head and swung wide had his guard up and jabbed his way in, thus he partially blocked a lot of pac’s Punches. Rios who is the definition of block punches with your head kept his hands up all night and tried to jab his way in. Clottey literally stopped throwing anything. Even Floyd ran and hugged more than his usual self, he definitely did not fight Pac like he did cotto, maidana 1 or odlh. He ran so much his daddy asked him why he was fighting scared.

Compare this to when guys would try walk him down face first, Diaz, Hatton, odlh, cotto - they underestimated him cos of his size and they got stopped.

Bottom line is, if a fighter is world class and he fights to not get knocked out, but not to win either ie super defensive, then they probably won’t get stopped.

Horn wore Pac out too, prime Pac would stop him inside 6 and definitely wouldn’t have let him off in that 9th round or so. He’s old and doesn’t have the same stamina.

I'm with you all up until Horn, that was a stitch up & the ref should have been pulled out.

Pac got footwork to land many power punches, but ab is pretty durable. I would be very surprised if he drops him and amazed if he scores KO.

I expect a whirlwind Pac who will only stop coming forward if Broner starts timing him effectively.

Sadly, I don't think Broner has that ring IQ or foresight to plan so I am going with a Pac points win.

MAYBE a knockdown for Pac but I think he just beats up Broner.
