Chisora wasn't Top 10 ranked at the time they fought the first time and he isn't Top 10 ranked they fought the second time.

It's pretty easy to say "Once Top 10 always Top 10" but it doesn't work like that.

You are fighting a Top 10 opponent if he is ranked inside Top 10 on the date you fight him. Not 2 years before or something.

And I counted chisora twice because that still counts as top ten twice.
