No actually Jones was given a 1 year ban for his 1st offence of which the ruling panel said Jones didn't take the substances intentionally and for his second offence Jones was given 15 months. There was no 3rd offense or failed test by Jones just an abnormality in the test due to tiny traces of a metabolite from his previous positive test.
