We definitely need another thread on this. Another one we need - “was GGG robbed?” Hasn’t been discussed enough
We need a poll... that's what we need. People love polls. Nicely condensed responses to settle claims of: "Anyone with a stop watch or an iq over 50 with an ability to count to 10 knows Fury did not get up"
If people vote yes, it just means most people (as I have stated) have an iq under 50. This poll doesn't mean anything. It's like the stock market. Most people lose money, only a few actually make money. The majority are often wrong.
Good, then we can see how many mentally challenged you are surrounded by on this forum... maybe you can be our special needs carer.
Fact is, he didn't beat the count. Perhaps people should go back to remedial and maybe then you can count from 1-10.
I already counted to ten and it was ten... the funny thing is it is a fight... not a 100 meter race with camera's on the side that record 1000th of a second. So if you have to reach this far to discount a ten second count... maybe you are watching the wrong sport? He wasn't off by seconds.... And the fact that he got up is what should be the topic of discussion here as that was an amazing feat. He was also winning on the cards... or is that also not a fact in your factual universe MVC????????????????
Use a stop watch ffs, the fact is, he had to be completely standing vertically at 10 (WHICH HE WASN'T). Therefore, the fight is completely over. He never won on the cards, it was a draw and many had it a dead draw.
Why don't referee's carry stop watches then? And why isn't there an official ring side that carries a second count or stop watch? If other sports have it why not boxing? Lot of money in boxing... Are you the only one in the world to come up with the idea of using prescision timing for standing counts in boxing? Why don't you start a movement and make stopwatch for boxing and earn millions? Every referee is a human being doing a standing count and assessing the fighters in a slightly different way... there will be variances because of the HUMAN element... it is not a machine assessing the fights... we neeed judges for human judgement factor to give fighters a chance. And WHO said Fury drew lost except for that one judge that was clearly watching a different fight??? Tell us
Then please dig up the rules on the conduct of boxing referees in assessing a fighters ability to go on fighting and rising from a ten second count... and tell me where the referee was in breach of said conduct. Let's take this too court MVC you vs the forum.
