He needs to get a big, James Toneyesque pot belly and not ever even move his feet and just stay in the pocket.

Spence is more skilled, the only hope Mikey has is if he fights the fight of his life with a disciplined game plan, and Spence not taking it seriously at all and not training for it. Really Spence should walk through him and take him out within six rounds.

Unless he's planning on undergoing surgery to have metal plated armor inserted around internal organs, no amount of work is going to help save him from getting his body destroyed by Spence.

Tbf it’s rare to see a Mexican Adonis. I dunno, maybe it’s all the tacos but look at guys like Rios, Juan Diaz, Ruiz, even guys like Mab and Morales - always flabby. Can’t think of a Tim Bradley Mexican.

Closest was probably JMM with angel heredia.

Of course not, and my post wasn't a knock on Loma. Just that the only guy Loma had trouble with was a guy that did not respect his power, kept coming forward and punched with him. Same with Chocolatito. Watch the fights again. You will see, whenever they threw, Salido and Sorinvesia threw with them. They knew they were inflicting more damage than receiving. Same thing can happen in the Mikey fight. In my opinion the Loma's team decision to go ahead with the Salido fight, after the blatant failure to make weight was a huge mistake.

Not even remotely comparable circumstance. Loma in second fight Garcia in 38th.

This fight makes no sense for Mikey. He has not always taken the difficult path but has always done enough. Now he decides to jump up 1.5 divisions to fight one of the most avoided fighters who will not even brings bums to seats. His alternative is fighting Loma at 135, which makes so much more sense. I know Arum is involved but why take no risk for a career and then bet it all on a long shot?

Although Salido was Loma's second pro fight, nobody in their right mind will ever argue that Loma wasn't lightyears ahead of Salido in skills. In fact, I will say the skills difference was greater in the Loma/Salido fight than it will be in the Garcia/Spence fight. The only advantage Salido had over Loma, was size. I know he intentionally did not make weight and he low blowed Loma but, the fact remains that a smaller guy needs to get the bigger guys respect or the smaller guy will have some difficulties, much like Loma did against Salido and much like Mikey might have against Spence.

Garcia wasn't the most cut guy, but he didn't have this much fat in his midsection. He's looking fatter than JMM when he moved up to fight Mayweather.

Mikey’s gonna need more time on the PEDs than just this camp if he thinks he can do what his hero Clenelo did. Clenelo spent years on his move from 154 to 160.

Run, Mikey, Run! Loma is waiting for you at 135......

Canelo is pretty ripped. His brother too. Also, Margarito was always lean and cut.

Lol all salido did to loma is punch his balls and loma was on the way to stopping that ball punching cheat. Bad example.
