May I say what a bluddy marvellous post ! Burton showed no fear in confronting yarde whereas yarde behaved like an actor. Whilst i wouldn't discount your theory i also just think it's a case of ultra cautious learning on the job whilst playing the money/promotional game at the same time
The entire thing is just very bizarre. Also, I forget to mention in my original post the fact that Team Yarde seem to be using a new tactic of not allowing any any of their opponents a full training camp. You see it time to time with fighters but literally every single fight he has had has had a late named opponent. There are just too many things that don't add up not for there to be something real shady going on here.
Your 100% spot on plus you got to remember tunde is also yardes manager not just coach. yarde is his meal ticket there just waiting and waiting for there to be huge money on the line for a title fight in England we’re they get the lion’s share (pardon the pun). There waiting for perfect opportunity to cash him out and there playing the long con.
Yeah and constantly feasting on Latvian, Hungarian, Lithuanian, and Slovakian journeymen with hideously low KO% who couldn't wobble a toddler or an old lady with their Sunday punch sets my glass jaw detector off as well.
I've grown to detest the pair of them and would take great pleasure in Yarde getting that chin smashed as soon as he takes a serious fight. And would love it to be somebody like Hosea Burton to do it. Yarde needs humbled big time.
Don’t mean to be rude but apart from alcohol abuse is this combined with hard drugs? Just wondering after reading.
Yarde is more like Ja Ja Binks who is incredibly annoying, talks utter rubbish and is pretty useless.
Yarde is a disaster waiting to happen, when he finally steps up his lack of having anything resembling a learning fight or even any sort of test will come back to bite him in his arse, he’s going to get viciously starched once he takes on a live opponent. And Tunde is an idiot.
I know someone who is very close to the camp. He doesn't even box amateur anymore really but works out in the gym and is close to a lot of the people in the set up and would consider himself a friend of Yarde. He does a bit of sparring with him sometimes and basically said he is very stiff and fights like he has little experience. He also said a lof of the sparring they do is amongst each other in the gym at different weights as opposed to bringing in specific sparring partners. It could be to save money, who knows. He did also say Yarde is a lovely bloke and has time for everyone when he is out and about if stopped. Make of that what you will...
