Could Wilder cope with the Douglas who stopped Tyson?

Wilder would knock him out because of his reach advantage, if an untrained Tyson can floor Douglas then Wilder do this easily, plus Douglas wasn`t as good as Fury and couldn`t slip shots how Fury can.

Douglas was able to move back everytime Mike took a step forward and evade his shots because he skip back out of range which is what Fury was doing v Wilder, but it backfired because of Wilder`s long straight right hand, better to move l to your right to evade Wilder`s right hand.

Wilder would win by early knockout. Early about round 3.. Douglas had a great win against Tyson, but that was timing and Mike taking everything about boxing for granted to help Douglas win.

Yeah, I would agree. I favor Douglas over Wilder as well

I am going to go with Douglas here.

Douglas would outbox Wilder fairly easily.

I could see this as being a bit like the Fury fight, including the knockdown.

Obviously in the Classic Forum, a fair decision is always rendered.

Has Wilder proven that he has the heart to do something like that?

The jab of Douglas would give Wilder serious problems. He could take him out if the gets in the right hand behind it.

Did u watch his last fight? Brutal 12rh knockdown that would have flatlined 95% of all heavyweights if it landed flush. Wilder never quit and loses weight from working out too much.

He showed plenty of heart in the ortiz fight when he was knocked around the ring like a pinball and could barely stand. He broke his hand against chris arreola and STILL won by ko. How many fighters can say theyve done that?

I think Buster did raise his levels to nothing that we had seen before of him on that night, but his great upset victory definitely came down to a combination of that, Tyson being less than his best and a favourable stylistic matchup.

Douglas does have the tools to trouble Wilder, but would eventually get caught in the second half of the fight.

Or to be fair, Wilder could go Stiverene 2 on him and risk getting caught himself, but would likely be able to get rid of Douglas within the first few rounds, but this is a less likely scenario.

Wilder would win. It would be too much of a tightrope walk for Douglas, and unlike Tokyo Tyson, Wilder retains his legs and power for 12 rounds.
