GGG has never lost as a professional. Boxing fans twenty years from now will consider the two Canelo fights as wins, just like today everyone considers the Chavez fight a win for Pernell Whitaker.

GGG lost to Canelo. The better fighter won. No amount of delusional fantasy posting or sad attempts at comparing Canelo GGG to Sweet Pea Chavez will change that. This is a desperate tactic to convince yourself that G won. GGG got outboxed then beat "Mexican Style" !

Marciano fans still think a 5'10 180 pound fighter who fought 180 pound fighters in the 1950's could beat guys who are 6'3 to 6'6 and 220 to 250 pound modern fighters like George Foreman, Lennox Lewis, Riddick Bowe, Vitali and Wladimir Klitschko, Anthony Joshua, ect.

He should of been thankful they didn't rob his belts the first time around and walked away, he could of fought derevyanchenko and saunders instead of martirosyan and canelo. He must of known what was coming the second time around, everyone else did, only himself to blame really...

Had a quick look, couldn't be bothered reading it all, but yes the guy has been screwed twice. It's all about money.. He should have known after the first fight tbh though! GB have played him for years, juiced Alvarez up, waited til he aged, screwed him twice on the cards!

I'm over it now, the fights will always be there for fans to judge. Remember tho, boxing is cyclical & these EE guys are still pushing through & trying to get a fair shake like blacks were in the early 20th century...

It's a dirty business, especially dealing with Mexicans....

    Lame article.

The crux of the matter is Golovkin got screwed twice by the system (once in Germany, then in the USA), and then decided to screw back the sport.

He could have ended his career with 4-5 more fights and 15 mill in the bank, and decided instead for +100 mill by throwing the fights to a mexican criminal.

That's why they will get a third encounter, as there would be no reason for Alvarez to fight a guy with no belts anymore and who "disrespected" him (ha ha).

It is isn't. i'm a big Charlo fan and picked him to beat Harrison and scored the fight for him but he didn't get the decision. Did I cry robbery? No I accepted the decision moved on hoped Charlo can get better on and hope a rematch can be made.

Wrong! The JCC-Pea Whitaker fight was a robbery one of the worst you'll ever see. The fight wasn't close and there was no case that can be made that JCC drew with Pea. A case can be made that Canelo drew with GGG in the first fight and beat GGG in the rematch.
