    Crawford or Brook

Crawford is basically a division smaller than Brook.

    But does that really matter?

Khan would have Broken Brook imo. I think Crawford is going to retire Khan

Khan should've fought Brook first, knock off Ring rust. Khan is all about Legacy; Ganeddy take notes

As far as money goes, the Brook fight will always be there.

    Yes

Get's beaten by Brook it's pretty much over for him.

Get's beaten by Crawford...he still has Brook.

As others said. I think he knows himself that a KO to Brook is very possible, why not take a beating from Crawford instead. Plus he hates Brook so doesn't want him to earn

Can they really sell it after another KO loss for Kahn though, its still there but the dough will take a dent. Kahn wont fight Brook full stop though imo

Khan`s legacy is nowhere near GGG`s he was never rated as high as GGG was P4P at his best, they`ve both only fought one fighter ever rated in the top 10 P4P and that was Canelo, GGG is from another planet to Khan.

Khan keeps striving to be a champion again and make himself a superstar. Brook earns him much much more and is probably an easier fight so i just cant complain about it. Good luck to him.

Khan loves to fight smaller fighters with no punching power. Put him with anyone big or tall and he wants nothing to do with them.

No, I think if he gets brutally stopped by Crawford the Brook fight goes a bit down in value, and, you know, actually damages him as a fighter. He's not a fictional character, he's already aging and it doesn't make sense to risk a huge UK stadium grudge match he can win to get stopped by a much better fighter who doesn't draw all that much?

If we're only talking economics, sure. But for his career overall, bad move.

Course it is the right move.

A Crawford win makes him a 2 weight champion
A Crawford win gives him global recognition
He matches up better for Khan, size and power compared to Brook, but most importantly Crawford is a southpaw. For all Khans faults and doubts he will have, facing southpaws has given Khan far more positives,

Crawford might be better than brook but styles makes fights. It a matchup fight pure and simple. Wouldn’t you want to go into your most important fight with the most positive mindset and confidence, especially will all the setbacks Khan has faced in the ring.

Doesnt the answer have to be yes? Unfortunetly.

If he fights Brook right now and loses, the Crawford fight is gone.

If he fights Crawford now and loses, he can still fight Brook after a couple of 'comeback fights'.

As stupid as I find the Crawford fight, as much as I dont want to see it, it seems clear that it was the obvious choice, imo.

I think it's the right decision, even if he gets sparked out. Khan Crawford is a can't miss fight. And lets be real, if Khan can stay out of danger, he has to the tools and work rate to win a decision on Crawford. Not saying it's gonna happen, but it could happen if Khan is on his game and dialed in. Similarly to the public wanting to see Khan fighting Mayweather, Khan has stylistic advantages vs all around highly skilled boxer punchers in that he can win rounds with that hand speed and getting in and out. Mayweather wanted none of Khan because he knew if he couldn't stop Khan he might lose a decision.

With Crawford, Khan presents a challenge. We saw how good Khan was doing vs Canelo in the first 5 rounds. We know that when Khan is the best version of himself he's a handful for anyone. But we also know he's chinny so it's a can't miss fight because with one well timed counter Crawford could put his lights out.

But if Khan is still bouncing around in the late rounds getting in and out of danger while scoring punches round after round, we could see Crawford have to dig down deep to pull out some late rounds or something. As a fan, I just want to see this fight, more than Khan Brook. And like many have said, Khan Brook will always be there, but imagine how much bigger that would be if Khan somehow beat Crawford or least gave Crawford a tough fight. Then all of a sudden that raises the stakes of Khan vs Kell Brook. And besides Kell Brook did not look good in his last fight so it doesn't really feel like Khan Brook should happen next. I mean Khan Brook could happen 5 years from now and it'll still be huge in the U.K. But Khan and Brook's stock have both been higher than they are now and both really need a boost to make their fight bigger and more relevant to world boxing.

I don't care how chinny Khan is, his daring to be great throughout his career has to be commended.

I think that it's the best fight for the fans. However, Khan is in serous trouble. Now I could be wrong and he gives Crawford one of the best fights he has ever had but my first thought is that he gets outboxed and beatdown.
