Fury looks great in the latest image shared by MTK. So long as he ticks over in the gym I have no issue with this.

You know I found the way Fury acted after the Wilder fight very strange - he was a little too happy to accept that draw. The way he's acted post fight has almost confirmed what I'm thinking

He was relieved more than anything. Relieved the fight was over and he could go back home and live off the narrative that he got robbed.

The media wanted to give him his fictional victory because they know his big personality and his face sells

Watch the build up and notice how he was pushed as the good guy deserving to win. I heard one of the commentators talking over the fight stating how wonderful a moment it would be if Fury managed to overcome all the odds.

Compare that to how we were reminded over and over again when Povetkin fought Joshua, that had failed drug tests.

Someone explain to me why Fury is painted out to be the good guy considering his history?

I think Fury should get 50-50 with AJ personally. I do think it would need to be on Sky though.

The issue with Fury Wilder is that Fury clearly beat him before, but got robbed on the scorecards (I don't see how you give Wilder 5 rounds) Fury only gets the pay he wants if it's in the US as 400-550K PPV buys in the US at $80 as well as UK PPV and live gate means a hefty payday. So it's a rematch in the US where you already won and might get robbed again. So don't fight him and fight AJ

I am also an AJ fan (it is possible to like them both!) Tbf to Hearn Parker and Povetkin are both quality wins, I'd fancy Pov v Wilder. But at the end of the day the fights we want to see are Vs Wilder and Fury. If he can't make those fights then he ain't as good of a promoter as he thinks

He's already explained why he acted in that way post fight.

There were thousands of travellers at the Staples Center and he didn't want to set something off. He calmed the crowd and turned the anger of the draw, towards celebrating the fact that he's the winner in the majority of people's eyes.

Why should Fury get 50/50 with AJ? It's crazy that Frank thinks it's an equal split fight. AJ has all the belts so that deserves 60/40 at least. Frank saying Fury is more popular than AJ now is also a ridiculous statement to make. Could you honestly see Fury selling out Wembley Stadium against someone like Povetkin - I would say no. Also people saying Fury is more popular in USA is untrue as well. I guarantee more people over their would watch AJ/Wilder rather than the Wilder/Fury rematch.
The 50/50 split suggested by Fury camp is just a way to avoid AJ and if Tyson is serious about fighting AJ in the future then he needs to realise he will get less money plus he needs to leave Frank as the promoters will never ever do business with each other.

Fighters get more money the more they bring to the table. Joshua brings more so he gets a bigger split.

Completely agree with the guy above. Warren wanting 50/50 is just a way of avoiding the fight and attempting to save face by saying Joshua turned the deal down. He did this loads of times with Calzaghe; mention Hopkins/Taylor/Johnson post-fight. "We've made them an offer." All whilst knowing the offer was meaningless as it was never going to be accepted, and then serving up another overmatched nobody.

All the hard evidence is in Joshua's favour.

Firstly, what do you think is worth more to AJ, 70% of the split against anyone outside of Fury and Wilder or 50% of the split vs Fury or Wilder??

Secondly, why do you care about AJ’s money split, surely the only thing us boxing fans care about is the fight being made??

This is a nonsense argument because it works both ways. What is worth more to Fury? 30% of a Joshua fight which does 1.5 - 2m PPVs UK and 90k on the gate, or 80% of a fight against someone like Charr in an arena less than a quarter of the size with about ten percent of the sales?

Also, as has been said a billion times, fans comment on this because it's the biggest factor in making fights happen. Do you get equally annoyed with football fans talking about transfer fees or owners not investing enough?

    A very stupid comparison

    This isn't football.

In football the team's strength and performance depends on the quality of personnel available to the manger which directly coincides with who the manager signs through transfers along how much the owner of the club is willing to invest into the team.

A promoter has no direct influence on a fighter's strengths and weaknesses when he steps inside the ring. So there is absolutely no reason to be infatuated and obsessed over a promoter who works in the background.

The onus is on fighter to ensure he has a promoter who shares his ambitions and is willing to get him the fights he desires.

If a fight doesn't not happen for one reason or another and however much the promoter has had his say in the matter, the blame falls squarely on the fighter, in my book for it his career.

In a interview recently Joshua said that he was more or less set for life and money was no longer a motivating factor for fighting and now it's all about legacy.

So tell me, going by what he has said, why should he be concerned with another champion demanding 50/50?

Fury has also said it's just about legacy and he doesn't care about money. Said it before the Wilder fight to Five Live. Funny interview to be fair to him. 'What do I care about money - I live in Morecambe for gods sake.'

    You didn't answer the question.

Fighters regardless deserve to be paid what they feel they are worth.

And if they both feel they're worth more than a combined 100%?
