Why why why Degale Eubank PPV - Time for boxing fans to grow some balls - take a leaf from our union fathers / grandfathers - miners, steel workers, postmen ... Time to withdraw our labour - or in this case - keep your money in your pocket - that simple ... or be shat on forever more by our Masters - Hearn & Warren

Yeah mate you’re dealing with the mentality of the sky addict. These guys are instructed by their tellies to pay on time and in full each month to have the #bestleagueintheworld piped into their living rooms and they duly oblige.

Love your point and I agree. Fighters like whyte, Bellew etc on ppv is now a joke. But Degale v Eubank is itv and al haymon. Hearn and Warren nothing to do with this one for once.

... point is, fans need to vote with their fingers - very hard after four pack or two - but keep strong comrades!

yeh i don't pay for ppv, i just watch them free another way. So when itv1 shows a card, i will watch it live, as its free and they can get the money from advertising than the nigel benn era, if everyone did that and not pay for ppv, then maybe itv will change their tune.

We need to withdraw support for meaningless PPV,s it’s getting worse whoever the promoter is ! They will soon have you paying to watch rain running down a window.

Too right - I once paid to watch paint dry, (or Quigg vs Frampton to give it its proper name!) - learnt my lesson after than one - sick of feeling conned more often than not

So you watched a PPV fight that wasn't great, and therefore won't pay for one again?

You do realise that not all fights are the same don't you?

It’s not about whether one fight is a bit better than another- it’s about more and more fights going PPV - it’s supply and demand - but if fans don’t buy - less PPV - more money in the fans pocket - that simple ... surely you must realise the sense in that

True, but I'd suggest the cat is out of the bag and we aren't going back. PPV makes too much business sense and a handful of people not buying is a drop in the ocean compared to the hundreds and thousands who will buy without question.

Things like this remind me of football fan protests when about a hundred people walk out of a stadium with fifty thousand in it. Nobody cares.

German football fans have generated a lot of power - recently the German league back downed from Monday night football because the fans didn’t want it - you re right though, this country has become too pacifist - but yet again, if a swell of opinion is strong enough, PPV can’t work - Power to the People!
