The IBF won't grant Warrington an exception.

I remember kid tweeting that Eddie was backing him in the toka clary purse bid. It was subsequently won by Warren for £20,000.

I forgot about that. Both Eddie and frank
were probably laughing their heads off at this one. Frank probably sold the rights to Eddie for £30k meaning a 10k drink for himself and Eddie got to fill up his DAZN card with a dirt cheap fight..both of them won whislt steriod Kid got paid peanuts.[/QUOTE]

Galahad very much in the same camp for me as the likes of Saunders. Can appreciate what they do in the ring but can't understand people wanting them to do well when they're so obviously just demonstrably horrific people.

Same with Mayweather to be fair. Why any man would want to see a bloke who spends his time beating up women in front of their kids do well is clearly very weird.

You obviously need to read the Warrington frampton thread.

So it was reported. I take that with a pinch of salt as the fight was on DAZN a couple of months later.

I've trained at that gym many times.
They've lifted the ring up now and they've just put new bags in.

I don’t see Eddie bidding for this. It’s not realistically a fight Galahad can win and is he even contracted by matchroom or just on a fight by fight?

Eddie getting this and putting it on sky would just be doing Frank and Warrington a favour, extra promotion and a profile raise.

I don't mind the fight myself. Clean out the domestic scene then move onto bigger things after that.

Warrington's beaten a couple of 31 year old British featherweights. Let's not get too carried away.

Sky Sports have started covering Galahad a bit more, including their current boxing headline is him challenging Warrington. Makes me think Hearn might chuck Barry on a quick promotional contract, maybe one fight (Warrington) with the option to extend if he wins? Hearn may be trying to sabotage Warren - think about it, if he beats Warren on the purse bids and BT's second biggest star is unable to have one of his two 2019 fights on the platform.

Bonus for Eddie if Barry actually won (he wont), but he wouldn't actually be that bothered. Just happy to close out one of BTs biggest shows of the year.

Other than age what’s Galahad got the others haven’t? I’d back Frampton and Selby to both beat him and Warrington dealt with both with relative ease. It’s not a step up. Who’s Galahad best who makes you sit up and take note? And let’s not forget Josh destroyed him twice in the ams.
