A fighter who can efficiently dish out punishment while getting hit in return as little as possible.

Mayweather relied on speed a bit, but all 4 can fight without there physical attributes being the factor. They all have impeccable footwork and fundamental movement.

As I understand your definitions, then definitely Bernard Hopkins. He was fairly unreliant on most forms of physical ability. It was his experience, ringcraft, "technical abilities" etc that allowed him to succeed into his late 40s, long after most of his physical abilities were gone.

    Hopkins
    Mayweather
    Rigo
    Ward
    Loma

Rigo Loma and Mayweather do have an abundance of elite talent, but I think that its icing on the cake and that even if they lacked their speed they would still outclass most of their opposition with skill.

Ward. Probably the forums most hated boxer outside of Wilder, so I already hear the boos.... but the truth is, Ward isnt very fast, isnt very powerful, doesnt have a great chin, ect. I think people overlook just how physically unimposing he is.... any fighter to be that physically limited and still have high level success is a highly skilled fighter.

Hopkins skills speak for themselves. You dont have that level of longevity without it.
