Whyte would destroy the medically unlicensed Brewster that Wlad beat in the rematch. He mightn't beat a prime healthy Brewster , but neither could Wlad.
Parker is just as good as Ibragimov and Parker lost to Whyte.
Peter?? LOL. Chisora is this eras Sam Peter.

Whtye would be won of Wlads best wins.

Wlad doesn't beat Whyte if he comes out of retirement. He gets knocked out. Whtye will be allowed to dog and roughhouse him anyway he wants up close and Wlad will not be allowed back hump his way to safety like he would if he was in Germany.

Whytes best wins: Parker, Chisora x 2, Browne and Helenius.

    For me thats better than:

Byrd: Vitali, Hollyfield (past prime) and Tua. Just beat tin cans and journeymen apart from that. Also got to consider Byrd lost 5 times.

Wilder wins: ortiz, Duhaupas, Stiverne Washington and Szpilka.

Rahman beat no one of note apart from Lewis and Sanders.

Chagaev only notable wins are against Valuev and Ruiz.

Brewster only notable wins against Wlad and past prime Golota.

Peter beat no one of note excpet a past his prime Toney.

Thompson best wins were Price and Solis lol.

I'm not sure a very rusty Wlad is really in a position to dismiss Whyte as being not much of a challenge..

Why would Wlad fight Whyte now? It's a horrible risk/reward fight for him. I think it's more like Fantasy Mill, after all...

If he did a lot of people would have to eat their words about him being a coward (although his reign - and safety first style through much of it - wasn't exactly the stuff of legend and some of the criticism was indeed warranted, even if the pickings of his era were slim)

Between that and taking on AJ when he did it would be a complete late-stage career makeover that alters future perceptions of his legacy.

I think if Wlad really wanted it, he would get AJ straight away, without fighting Whyte first... But, from the other point of view, it would be a horrible risk/reward for Joshua. So, maybe yes, maybe Hearn and AJ would demand from Wlad to fight Whyte first.

    LOL

    So Whyte vs Byrd

Parker, Chisora x 2, Browne and Helenius.

Or Vitali, Hollyfield (past prime) and Tua. AND Oquendo, McCline

    1) Browne is awful, plain and simple. Byrd's opponents like Levi Billups, Elicer Castillo or Davvaryl Williamson, or Arthur Williams, or Mo Harris would beat 40 y.o. fat Lucas Browne, who struggled badly against low-level jorneymen many times in his career, and was KO'd in ONE round by wrestler Cormier's punches.

Vitali, Holyfield or Tua all are MUCH better wins than ANY version of Chisora. Holy and Vitali are HOF fighters, to let you know. Tua would beat Chisora to a pulp. Vitali easily beat Chisora at 41. Byrd beat Vitali when he was 28. In fact, Vitali, Holyfield and Tua may be better wins than Parker too (Vitali certainly is, as Vitali would easily beat Parker and maybe stop him).

Byrd lost 5 times LOL. We'll see how many times Whyte loses when he will be 39 (as was Byrd in his last fight).

    Whyte vs Rahman

LOL so Rahman KO'd HOF Lewis, and beat WBO champion Corrie Sanders, and it's less than Whyte's achievements? Do you really think Parker and Chisora comparable to Lewis and Sanders?

Browne and Helenius (both shot), are they ANY better than Monte Barrett, of Obed Sullivan, or Jesse Ferguson, or Purrity, or Al Cole? Rahman beat them.

    Whyte vs Peter

No one besides Toney? Hmm don't you know he beat then-WBC champion Oleg Maskaev (better than any Whyte's win besides Parker). He also beat McCline, 4-times world title challenger, Jeremy Williams (both would destroy Lucas Browne from your list of Whyte's top-4 opponents).

Some Whyte fans need to learn boxing history more.

Can we just have that card without the Wlad fight?

A win over Maskaev an impressive win? He lost Nagy of all people.

Mccline an impressive win? Lost to the likes Arreola, Sconiers ( had 23 losses already) and Z. Lawrence (had 10 losses already)

    J. Ferguson an impressive win? He had 16 losses on his record going into the fight with Rahman.

Obed sulivan beat no one of note.

When Rahman beat Monte Barret, Monte lost to clifford Couser (whom had 11 losses at the time) not long after.

Not that there isn't some danger involved in the match up but it just isn't worth anything legacy-wise. Even in the best case scenario where Wlad blows Whyte out in spectacular fashion he just beat Joshua's sloppy seconds, the guy that went life and death 2x with old gatekeeper Chisora.

Who makes up these rumours...and where are they coming from? First we had Froch vs Canelo and now we have Whyte vs Wlad. What have people been smoking recently?

I'm sorry, but this fight is NOT going to happen. What does either man gain? If Whyte wins, he beat a way past it old Ukrainian who has nothing left. And if he loses, then he's in deep trouble as far as his career goes. As for Wlad, a loss here would hurt his legacy badly and a win would do absolutely nothing at all. It makes no sense whatsoever.

Not to mention you'd be in dreamland to think that this sells out Wembley Stadium. It sells out 40-50k at best.

    Klitscho KO's Whyte
    Usyk UD's Povetkin
    Parker UD's Chisora
    Takam KO's Price
    Browne KO's Allen

I would be happy for any of the above match ups :ARMS1:
