Correct, we are at the stage now were they know they can get away with filling up a bag of shyte then hyping it up for a few weeks before hitting the gullible for a PPV fee.

You're paying way over it's value for a sky subscription in the first place as they have lost over half the rights for sports they had five let alone ten years ago and apart from the odd documentary everything else on it is garbage were netflix and freeview are way better value.

The least they could do is only half bump you for a PPV at a tenner instead of twenty but even at that its still too much because as you say, already paying an extortionate amount for their 'base' subscription.

Just seen couple of DeGale interviews then looked at some old ones and it’s just sad to see how taking too many wars ruins someone’s health! Retire my man before it’s too late you can’t have many true friends around you if they haven’t told you the same!

£9.99 would be a good price, and would draw more buys. I fancy Eubank Jr to outwork Degale for a UD. 8 rounds to 4.

£9.99 would be sound especially if Joyce and Selby are in meaningful fights.

I'm not as harsh on PPV, as other posters, but not all PPV's need to be same price.

This is a fight I wanna see, and 10 quid seems fine with a reasonable undercard. £17 not so much.

What workrate did Eubank have against Groves? Where was the workrate against BJS? You lot are forgetting the BJS fight - he threw it away and ****ing posed for the first 6 rounds. This guy is a clown fighter. He ain't ready for this level and never will be.

Just watched the face to face...all the signs have been that Degale is shot and he has nothing left, after watching that I think that will give the motivation to show us all one last big performance and box Junior’s head off.

Junior hasn’t learned anything from his defeats, he is completely deluded. He believes he’s a better boxer than Degale.

I think Degale boxes his head off, genuinely. Superior fundamentals, bigger, stronger. I think he gets himself way ahead and once again Junior has to play catch up.

Total mind change. Degale decision win.

I’m with you. Even a way past it Degale is far better technically than Eubank. Are people forgetting how bad Eubank is again!? Groves made an absolute show of him as did BJS before he tired. He simply can’t box and relies on 30 second bursts against poor opposition, along with a name to fool people. Everyone is saying Degale only fights in bursts and takes rounds off. I’ve never seen anyone go for walks to catch his breath more than Eubank. When you add the physical advantages of a career super middle weight then it doesn’t seem such a close fight at all.

Eubank is 8/13 with some bookies! Who on earth would think that’s good value?

What is Jr supposed to say?
Ffs he is just the same as any other fighter they are all full of it to a point

Billy Joe could have lost to Akavov and a few other fights including the one to Jr.
He talks a lot of smack but I don't see anyone calling him delusional.

There are sub domestic level fighters who think they're elite and Jr is the most delusional lol?

James is not washed up, he just had an injury and a stylistically bad match up. He still beat Truax comfy in part 2. If Young Christopher beats him then you all can shut the f up, James is an elite fighter

James was an elite fighter. Eubank Jr is euro really, fringe world level at absolute best if your his mum in a good mood.

So what does everyone who claimed a tenner was good value now think as it’s twice that price ?

That’s because BJS is a legit world class boxer. Junior isn’t.

Its the going rate now. (Not justifying it by any means)

I will pay it though, I have an interest in the fight, be a good nights entertainment.

Not on the bones on my arse by a long way but I'm getting sick of paying Sky £80 a month for all the channels, thinking about binning it off and just buying a day pass for the odd Saturday night fight that I fancy as all the other fights are PPV anyway.
