Outside of the CJ Ross card and the Byrd card, the scores posted above are close to the other judges.

So I have a question : How many who posted scorecards of these fights in this topic are GGG fans who dislike Canelo ?

You're in the minority there. Almost everybody had both fights extremely close.

??? If you're using two points or less in it as the definition of "extremely close", there are only two other people on this entire thread who had this to be the case.

Fans commonly throw around terms like "dominated" or "won clearly" which leads to claims of robbery. I'm simply balancing all that out by describing both fights as extremely close which they pretty much were. I mean, out of the 24 rounds, how many rounds were won clearly by either fighter ? The majority of the rounds were close enough to be argued either way.

He's in the minority in the sense that he had both fights as Clear GGG wins. Almost everybody had at least one of the fights as close even if they had G winning both. The consensus is that both fights were close. Even most GGG fans admit one of the two fights were close, though many differ on which was closer than the other. But to say G won both fights clearly is a ridiculous statement. Not even I would go as far as to say that Canelo won both fights clearly. I thought both fights were close, but that the 2nd fight was closer than the first. Saying either fighter won both fights clearly is pretty ridiculous and clearly a minority view.

    Seriously?!
Besides the brutal Ross and Byrd cards, here for the other 3 fights mentioned...

    vs Lara
    Martinez 117-111

    vs Trout
    Christodoulou 118-109

    vs Cotto all 3 judges!!!
    Moretti 119-109
    McKaie 117-111
    Clements 118-110

None of these judges came close to the consensus scorecards. And don't act that you didn't know this, because everyone does!

I was referring mainly to the Mayweather and the two GGG fights. Let me rephrase : most of the scores posted are similar to the majority of the official judges. Yes in 4 of those 5 fights you had one judge scoring it more in favorably in favor of Canelo, but the scores posted are close to the 2 other judges in each of those fights.

As far as Canelo vs Cotto, I don't know how you can give Cotto more than a couple of rounds. 115-113 or 116-112 Canelo is really stretching it. The official judges had it right, it was a wide clear Canelo win. Almost nobody argued Cotto won or that it was even close to a draw. I was a bit surprised to see some 115-113s, Canelo beat Cotto easily and by a wide margin.
