Where is the "denial"?

The problem or issue is that the offer was from BT Sport, do you understand that, Di Bella and Frank Warren have all said it, that is not "denial".

How am I or anybody else denying anything? I repeat Frank Warren and Di Bella have openly said it was an offer from BT Sport.. and that offer would be on the condition BT bought the rights to the fight.

Now, AJ was and is signed to Sky Sports, now if we all know that I'm sure Team Wilder knew that,they knew there's was no possible way AJ could fight on BT Sports being signed to Sky.

So in reality it was a BS offer, an offer that was never going to be and could never be accepted.

Soooooooo, Because Barry Hearn said "No Rush" on a radio station.. Barry is not Eddie, Barry is retired, Barry is an old man. He makes no decisions on AJ, he offers his advice to his son and speaks to Finkel who has known for years.

You're trying to tell me That is the same as pretending the money came from Haymon and saying AJ turned down a 50 million offer.. very publicly

And then banging on about a 50 million offer like it was from Team Wilder when's the reality was it came BT Sport, the main rival to Sky Sports in the UK and who AJ is signed to..

That is the same? "No Rush" = An offer that was never viable, never realistic.



And as for Lewis, Lewis is very bitter and full of crap, the reason he is salty is because AJ is overshadowing Lewis already, he is plowing through Lewis's achievements already.

AJ unified 3 belts in his 19th fight

Lewis done that in his 37th fight


Lewis can keep talking "legacy" being more importent than money and i agree to an extent, but Lewis's "legacy fights" with Holyfield was his 36th and 37th fights

And his other legacy fights were Tyson (his 43rd fight) and maybe Vitali (his 44th fight).

Joshua has achieved pretty much what Lewis did in 19 fights, AJ's legacy fights will come when they come.

Not because Lennox Lewis and his jealousy demand it.

 

Something else I've always found funny is the assertion that Finkel is some sort of mastermind whose strategy and opinion should be assumed to both honest and brilliant at all times in stark contrast to Hearn.

I'd wager that I'm the only poster on this site to have ever actually engaged with Finkel in a work environment and I found him to be an arrogant blowhard who assumed he had it all worked out and then lost a LOT of other people's money. I've posted about it before and funnily enough never had a response from those on here who quote Team Wilder so regularly.

If anyone is interested just look up the SFX debacle headed up by Finkel and Robert Sillerman and you'll see the project I refused to work on due to it being obviously bad on its face.
