No , there is no agenda involved whatsoever. Terrible fights , no talent. Constant cheating tactics used by Wlad to beat ordinary levellers. The titles were relegated to Eurosport. Neither HBO or Showtime bothered to pick up Wlads unification fight with Chagaev. No agenda was involved since HBO spent years building Wlad up. He contentiously stunk the place out. Sky dropped him after the grotesque performance he produced against Mormenk and Haye. It was a horrible time for the division. Thats the reality.

Wlad was established as small potatoes long before his fight with Chageav, due to getting chinned continually when daring to move up to middle rankers and above. fair point.
Wlad looked very beatable against Jennings without his personal ref allowing MMA rules, and not fighting on his German bouncy castle. Jennings isn’t even a top ten HW of this era and was waxed inside 6 by an old Ortiz. Wlad was a great HW but he ruled the worst era in the divisions history. Fury outboxes any version of him, and Joshua is at least 50-50.
Fury looked very beatable against Wilder and against Cunningham. So? AJ looked very beatable against ANCIENT Wlad and Povetkin. So? Jennings is currently #11, close enough. Pulev and Povetkin who were absolutely destroyed by Wlad are ranked higher than Ortiz, right now. So where do we stand now? Wlad's leftovers are making up a large portion of this era.
