Nope. He wasnt a featherfist at HW but neither did he have the power to switch guys off instantly. Wlad not only has the technical edge (in relation to how he maximised his physical advantages) but by far the power edge. Spinks was more creative and crafty but I think we're at the point where size nullifies a lot of what Spinks can do.
He hit hard enough to knock the bejeezus out of Cooney and keep Holmes honest for 30 rounds. Considering Wlad's panic mode when he gets tagged clean a couple times, he had better be careful. Wlad would be wise (he would be) to not let Spinks get too courageous in there.
Whether or not Spinks could wobble Wlad is debatable, but what isn't debatable is that Spinks will not be in front of Wlad. He's never in one place for long at all.
