I doubt Ortiz has made any real offers to any big fighter to be honest. But not because he doesn't want the fight it's because he's not in the financial position to be making offers in most cases as he doesn't have the money behind him. He just calls out fighters and hope he eventually gets someone that is willing to fight him. It's not like he can go about offering people million dollar paydays, he simply has no way of generating that kind of money and can't really offer sums based on an opponents ability to draw. As for Parker never really knew a fight between them was even ever on the cards. Don't recall any offers being made from either side.
If every cruiserweight moved up to heavyweight tomorrow, the top ten would be filled with cruiserweights.
I think the more likely fights are: Usyk vs povetkin - which id favour Usyk but Povetkin shouldn't be underestimated. If uysk wins he s one the top 3 HW innhis first fight. Ortiz vs Joyce - I wouldn't be surprised to Joyvlce win this one.
You, ie. Manfred, said And what I'm, ie. Serge, saying is what ya'll fail to realize is that they share a common opponent and what you said would happen didn't happen. In fact, a 1-0 Usyk not only dropped said common opponent x 2, but he stopped them in 4 rounds whereas a 14-0 Luis Ortiz only won on a DQ in 7 rounds and AFAIA he didn't even drop them (or if he did they didn't mention the KDs on Boxrec which they usually do)
I would have put Joshua in there but his duck isn’t as blantant although I’m more than certain he had something to do wit Ortiz being removed from the IBF and WBA rankings. Imo AJ wants no part of Ortiz but I can’t prove as easily as the other guys coz he hasn’t said it.
