    It's completely different scenario.

To honest this has been done to death and the discussion is exhausted at this point, as there really isn't anything you can say to dispute against the fact that the Ref did a terrible job and was guilty of gross misconduct.

The facts are Fury was knocked out and the ref should have either waved it off or as soon as he was back on his feet resumed the action straight away. Those are the rules.

I think this quote from Jack Reiss is quite revealing as to how he let his persona bias and affection for Fury cloud his judgement.

And, in footage released by BT Sports, the American can be seen telling Fury he would protect him a long he can see the 30-year-old was aware what was going on.

He told him: “The last thing I want to tell you is this; I really don’t care who wins this fight, but I care about Tyson Fury.''

I have never in all my years of watching boxing, seen or heard a referee behavior like this before. Never.

Jack Reiss would rather dropped down dead himself from a heart attack or a stroke than have to count Fury out.

Yep you're right and the ref did do a terrible job, I mean giving the home favourite fighter Wilder all that extra time to recover when he was out on his feet.....

Do you mind just directing me to the video clip when Wilder was knocked down on the floor against Ortiz and being counted out?

Shouldn't be too much trouble for you.

    Thank you.

Do you mind explaining how a fighter has to be knocked down to be hurt and at the risk of being stopped?

Do you also think you could explain to me why Wilder was given time to recover against Ortiz?

I'm sure you will find a way to give me a detailed explanation.

Fact: He didn't get up (Fury) and you have no evidence to refute this statement.

That's your business with him and I ain't going to be a part of it.

However, what's fact is that he didn't get up so accept it. Wilder won that fight.

    You're clutching at straws here

I don't think you will find anyone justifying for the unnecessary check up on Wilder in that fight by the ref.. And certainly you won't find anyone saying he did a great job, like the fury fanboys pretend Jack did a great job by deviating from the rules. However to pretend that was a deciding factor in the Ortiz fight, is disingenuous to the least.

The difference between the two situations are worlds apart.

    - Wilder was already rested from the round being finished.

    - Ortiz did not knock Wilder down.

    - Wilder had shown he was more or less recovered the previous round before the additional check up.

    - Ortiz was not able to lead a significant attack following the check up against Ortiz.

Go and look in the mirror and ask him why Wilder got injury time against Ortiz......

    I'm nobody's alt.

I politely suggest you steady yourself. We've had a reasonably respectful discussion so far so don't push it otherwise things can get very ugly real quick.

Don't get upset if I don't respond to you immediately, you are not that important that I am refreshing the page every moment. Like I said this debate has been done to death, and at the moment I'm merely humoring you and your desperate attempts at justifying the referee's terrible work on the night.
