I wonder if he offered Fury more money than Whyte? Wouldn't that be interesting? I wonder who truly generates more money as PPV draw between Fury and Whyte. They both don't have titles so it's rich giving Fury the shot, and not Whyte. Whyte get's effed over too much.
Agree with you on that, but that means Fury has to take 35%, dont think so. Joshua needs Fury more than the other way round.
I see Fury as number one only my opinion though. If we are all being honest Fury has a win over a prime Klit and Wilder. Beats any win AJ has had.
Does Joshua really need Fury lol? Why... for 'Legacy'? Yeah Legacy is cool, but it's not a belt and it doesn't pay as good. Joshua still has Whyte who brings just as much, if not more money and should be easier to make than Fury fight. Fury stated time and time again, I am only doing 50/50 with potential Joshua bout. Whyte would fight for 25/75 or thereabouts.
Out of interest. What do you see as a fair deal for fury? Maybe you've said already and I've missed it It seems that Frank is confident that the wilder fight will be made shortly. The fury v aj fight will be made then I'm sure. If fury was to beat wilder, would u accept fury is worth 50/50 then?
I think at the minute somewhere in the region of 30-40 percent would be fair based on what they respectively have done. I know people hate talking finances but that's what these deals are based on. If he beat Wilder then I think you'll see Warren saying Fury is the real champion and should get at least fifty fifty if not more. Hearn will simply stick to the facts that people are paid based on revenue they generate and Joshua does more than Fury. Unless there is demonstrable evidence that Fury has suddenly become a major revenue driver then I doubt Hearn will budge. Joshua did more business against Takam than Fury did against Klitschko remember, and there's always the possibility that if Fury beats Wilder the fight itself will be absolutely minging as a spectacle.
Quick question for the Joshua lovers. If him vs Miller was on PPV, how many US PPV buys would it do? Answer is between 5,000 and 10,000.
It would also generate more in the UK (in terms of actual money generated) than Wilder Fury did in the US.
Yeah first offer was ridiculous, if AJ makes a second offer that is serious or more reasonable, he would still make more money than if he fought Fury. And Dillian would be more accepting.
