That would place Bivol in a little bit strange position... With all three other champions fighting on ESPN.
Well, at least now it's even more opportunities for Gvozdyk.

Bivol should mosey on down to 168 and take out Plant, the winner of the Fight of the Century Anthony ''The Dog'' Dirrell vs Avni Yildirim, former sparring partner Gilberto Ramiriez, and former amateur foe Callum Smith. He's already beaten the best of that bunch (Smith) and you best believe he would paddle the asses of the rest of them in his sleep. Clenelo can get that work too if he can locate his plums to take the Bivol challenge.

Maybe to move down a weight category is their plan indeed. Theoretically, there's lots of big fights for Bivol there with DAZN.

Could be and I hope so. I'd love to see him paddle the living **** out of Clenelo live on DAZN.

    Well, that sucks then.
That whole network exclusive thing has been ruining boxing for decades now.

Honestly, I think the reason Alvarez and now Beterbiev decided to go with ESPN is because that way they can still sell their fights on PPV in Canada, which they wouldn't have been able to do with DAZN.

    It sucks...

****ing garbage bro. A year ago or less I thought Bivol was clearly the cream of the crop of the new gen LHW. I think Gvozdyk has surpassed him in that regard and is a nightmare matchup for Bivol H2H. 168 is a better fit for Bivol. Im sure he would be a murderous puncher down there and would castrate Canelo in one round.

    Good move by Beterbiev.

I agree, I think Bivol has 168 plans!

Possible. Smith and Canelo are bigger money fights than anything else at 175, could be what’s on the brain.

Aren't they both locked in with Yann Michel (?) / that Canadian promoter that Beterbiev can't get rid of?
