Ryan Garcia is on this vid throwing 90 punches in 10 seconds while shadow boxing, is this a world record? Calzaghe offered Roy Jones a test on a machine to see who could throw the fastest shots in a shorter space in time and Roy declined, does Garcia have quicker hands than both of those guys?

I think pacquiao would do even better doing those kind of punches. Especially the pre 2010 version of Pacquiao.

I don't know why anyone would brag at having x number of those "punches". As someone said, a kid in his basement could probably do better. Hell, some middle-aged women could probably do close to that at their Zumba workouts.

 

I want my ten seconds back.

This is useless. Just flashy. Ryan Garcia doesn't display blazing handspeed in an actual fight... not even his single shots.

 

90 divide by 10 = 9 punches per second ? Not possible...
