    Not even close.

    Leonard has one of the best resumes of all time, and was one of the most complete fighters ever. He would have accomplished even more if he hadn't been forced to retire the first time.

    Still...That means that Arum thinks that TC is a better welterweight than Pernell Whitaker, Tito Trinidad, Oscar De La Hoya, Ike Quartey, and Donald Curry, and FMJ...just for starters. Call me crazy... I don't think victories over Horn and Benevidez establish him in that company.
