    Joshua now over Usyk.
    Munguia now over Hurd.
    Spence Jr 7th PFP.

It's a shame because the old algorithm was really good.

I think the worst bit about it is actually the fact they have Shawn Porter at 9th.

I don't mind some of the division rankings. Look at heavyweight. It's pretty good and very close to what I would have had. What I really really don't understand...how is Chris Eubank Jr AHEAD of George Groves? That's insanity. You know the system isn't working when you see Eubank ahead of Groves, it makes no sense whatsoever.

    Yep, kinda ridiculous.

    Gojira Inoue at #22 :dunno
No, that wasn't even remotely good either. They frequently had to correct manually for ridiculous results if someone pulled an upset of some sorts and took so many points that he skyrocketed up the ranks. (remember Fury?!)

    What new algorithm?
It has always had a faulty ranking system.

Funny how some still seem so shocked by it.

They have Eubank ahead of Groves because Eubank won his last fight, and Groves didn't.(And I think they put extra emphasis on KOs)

Look at who Joshua’s beaten compared to Usyk. I don’t see the problem with that. But yeah, the algorithms suck.

Yeah, look at them, 2 old shot past it has beens for AJ, a laundry list of prime dangerous killers for Usyk..... there's a huge problem with that. Anthony Joshua is basically the 2016 version of Joe Smith Jr.

Joshua’s resume is a country mile ahead of Usyks. Not even debatable.

    Joe Smith jr... what?

Yeah they've long been making adjustments which some I can see how the logic comes in but really rely too heavily on people not being flawed at judging etc. It's interesting that a few of the "adjustments" over the years have always seemed to benefit Joshua quite well.

One of the ones that seem to have happened is using the actual "won rounds" from each judge in each fight to deciding the weighting of a win/loss. When you have things like the insane score card in GGG vs Canelo #1 it will throw things quite a bit, and also makes a KO win difficult to measure on a similar metric. It really should just be win vs loss, it removes the "noise".
