What other sport would literally rub it in like this to show how much power they have and how little we as fans mean to them?
Two other sports I follow Cricket and Snooker have gone to great lengths to route out corruption and more importantly try to be as transparent as they can about it.
In the past month two Chinese Snooker players have received lengthy bans if not for life for being involved in throwing matches and only last week a promising young U.K. Snooker player has been reprimanded for not telling the authorities about being approached by some nefarious individual about fixing a game he was involved in,it was found that he never followed through on fixing his match and the guy was genuinely afraid for his family about the whole thing.
No way then re boxing we have well respected commentators like Teddy Atlas who’s not afraid to mention the corruption and yet nothing is done about it.Adelaide Byrd should be forced by law to explain her actions that night and like the Snooker example it should be routed out at the source,maybe they think parading her about shows that nothing nefarious happened and that she genuinely was the most inept judge ever to take part in such a high profile fight.
Perhaps even worse is how some fans are ok with this just so long as it benefits their guy it’s all fine...nothing to see here kind of thing.

im sure boxing will be picking up a lot of new fans tonight, you cant beat a free pass to a $70 event when considering entertainment for the night. is it really on terrestrial broadcast?
