There's nothing left for him to prove and there's no need to fight the likes of the Spence, Crawford, Thurman, who Pac would've destroyed in his prime.
If he can’t get the Mayweather fight then absolutely. Manny is a proper competitor though, I wouldn’t be surprised if he fancied one last shot at the elite level, just to put his mind at rest. Spence, crawford etc would love to have a name like Pacquiao on their resume even if he’s way past his best.
