    Bar Anthony Joshua

Currently- Amir Khan’s Matchroom and Sky Contract Expires after the Crawford fight. Brook v Khan is the only Matchroom event which would be PPV and both are getting old and don’t have much mileage left.

Dillian Whyte dosent seem like a happy bunny and is another one, who is on a fight by fight deal with Hearn and Sky.

    Bellew has retired
    Haye has retired
That’s two PPV Loudmouth Conmen gone...Hurray, loved that both were knocked out viciously after all the fake feuds they had come up with for their fights.

But genuinely who else is their. If Matchroom lose Whyte, who have they got ?
Their UK focused stable seems dogsh*t. It’s being shown in the Saturday Fight Nights.

Doesn't really matter. They'll just put someone else in a PPV main event and then they will have to be PPV every time.

Recent history clearly informs us that Eh Day will declare any pudding is a PPV fighter, put any pudding on PPV and/or any fight between puddings deemed worth watching.

There is no lower limit now unless the thick cohort of PPV mugths stop being conned.

Golovkin, Klitschko and Usyk over here in the last few years. Talk of Lomachenko as well. They'll be fine if this sort of fighter can be attracted to fighting over here.

Not really. All of the above fighters were fighting popular Brits.

Lomachenko vs Crolla could be sold as a PPV, but Lomachenko was any old fighter wouldn't.

Brook V Usyk is my guess, i'm sure Brook can be persuaded again to take a hiding!!!

Nothing would surprise me with Mismatchroom...

The sheep will still pay whoever is put together.

Mods am i allowed to say that?

Callum Smith may be the next guy lined up for PPV?

The point is you can bring over elite to fight decent enough but not PPV worthy alone fighters (this is certainly the case with the Bellew Usyk fight) and you'll do ok. Crolla has never been PPV but if you can get Lomachenko over? Maybe.

My guess is that Whyte will stay with Matchroom as he plainly can't earn the same elsewhere. They'll still have Joshua, and then maybe a big Anfield PPV.

I love the haters on here calling it 'Mismatchroom.'

You old enough to remember Frank putting on Naz v Billy Hardy and Tyson against Julius 'sponsors on the soles of his shoes' Francis and charging people PPV prices?

Matchroom still have a few PPV stars:
Obviously AJ and Whyte has always been on a fight by fight contract.
Callum Smith will be in some big fights soon which will be PPV.
If Brook gets a title fight then that will be PPV.
Crolla v Loma would be PPV
The likes of Buatsi, Kelly, Okolie, Ritson will get more popular over next few years and will be in big fights so they are the PPV future.

If so who's shows were they?
