I think Dillian's maybe not the brightest but he's money savvy and is out angling to see what he's worth. Fair play to him. I think he'll find his worth in the US considerably lower though if we use the Wilder model to compare.
As for the lowball offer, Joshua was obviously trying put Whyte off the fight because AJ wants Wilder or Fury, he told Whyte this to his face.
However, I reckon if AJ can't get Wilder of Fury with the 40% offers then 30% for DW is fair and will be about what he will accept.
I've become a fan of Whyte, he is a rare breed of heavyweight who doesn't give a fock and will fight anyone and is always up for a scrap, he could be No3/4 for a while but you know he'll always be screaming at the champs LETS GO!!

edit - would love a Dillian v King Kong match up in the US.... that could be epic

Wouldn't be surprised if that video is all part of the marketing strategy to hype the rematch, AJ vs Whyte we've already seen so how about Dillian against both AJ AND Eddie in the buildup to keep things fresh and take the PPV mugs for another fleecing ?? Dillian is the anti establishment rebel fighting against the corrupt promoter's slimy golden boy.

nah just couldn't be bothered to carry on going backwards and forwards because you would just throw in other names off topic to try and discredit anything that has been replied to you.

it probably comes from this https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/s...ew-fight-websites-filled-thousands-seats.html

"However, anti-fraud ticket consultant Reg Walker told a recent DCMS Select Committee that Matchroom were supplying StubHub. He said: 'Boxing is probably the most problematic. Factors come into play, such as Matchroom placing its allocation straight on StubHub."

not proof, but seeing as the person outright said they were doing and no repuercussions came, you can put 2 & 2 togethe. I used to be in the same boat as you, i thought it was bull****, but it does seem to be true

I didn't say it wasn't bull****, but investigations were made, raids were done - and Eddie was not found guilty - officially - of anything.

    That's all I said.

Reselling tickets at inflated prices actually does Hearn more damage than good. He has just missed out on a huge chunk of commission that HE should have got... but instead he distributes tickets at original value,.

Eddie sells something like 10 per cent of tickets to Stubhub for distribution at face value ONLY. However Stubhub have a secondary arm for reselling purchased tickets if original purchaser changed their mind for a specific reason.

But other buyers from Stubhub can and DO purchase tickets to resell for highly inflated prices on a secondary (resell) market, which is not by the way illegal, as the resell market is huge and it affects a lot of other industries besides Boxing.

So NO... Eddie does nothing illegal. He issues the tickets via box office to Stubhub, marks them under the 'promoter' flag and distributes them to official ticket outlets at face value ONLY. He has NEVER resell tickets, and you won't find a place where he does.

This crap happens everywhere in the world, even buying Graphics Cards at launch, and reselling them for ridiculous prices and causing a shortage.

Don't follow Seph like a sheep all your life.

Oh, i just saw you immediately questioning it and assumed, apologies. But have you got any links to articles about that investigation? all i can find is articles on GetMeIn, ViaGogo & Stubhub raids, in relation to StubHubs Top Seller Handbook, couldn't find anything on Hearn or Matchroom.

i'm well aware what StubHub is, i was just providing context. I don't know enough about it to say "Hearn does give tickets to StubHub to sell at inflated prices", or the opposite. it just depends on who you believe really, Hearn or an anti-ticket fraud consultant.

As I have said before as well, If people weren't stupid enough to pay over inflated prices , these scummy companies wouldn't exist. There's no way on this earth I'd pay more than face value , not a chance.

What if your son or daughter was desperate to go, and their friends already had tickets, and there was 24 hours left.

Basically they wouldn't be going. I've taught my children the value of money and they under stand to a degree what cost is. They wouldn't go if it was expensive. They are thoughtful like that , which with kids these days is rare.

Not following you son, that's two threads that have been in my immediate viewing crosshairs. The way this site any many other (if not all) forums work, is that when some pre-pubescent strap on posts up a new thread, low and behold it's there for all to see. I'd expect some no life loser who spends his entire day on here to know this really.

Go fap off to your manga cartoons and leave the real boxing discussion to the grown ups. You're literally the most toxic and worthless poster on here.

No one forced you to join in the discussion. Sound like you're pretty weak minded if you can't ignore a thread which you pretend is no interest to you.

The funny thing is I've simply noted down bullet points on what was said by Dillian Whyte in a interview and that's enough for you to get upset and offended while throwing schoolboy insults in some desperate attempt to offend me as if you're a big boy.

I'm sorry JediPimp, but I don't see anyone interested in what you have to say on here, so you are in fact the worthless poster which is why no one bothers to endorse anything which you write.

Are you aware that Dillian Whyte called out Ortiz twice in 2018 and went silent when Ortiz called his bluff twice?
