He has not KO anyone for years. He said that he expected to KO his opponents in the last 2 fights but he could not do it.

It went away. Coincidently around the time random testing became popular.

    Just a coincidence though.

Well he "technically" knocked out Mattyhsse his last fight but I know what you mean. His last KTFO moment was '09 vs Ricky

In fact, it was a quit not really a TKO. Everybody knew this.

Because making someone quit is a worse way to win?

Are you kidding me? Matthyssee didn't quit because he got beaten badly from round 1 to the round he gave up, but he quit because he took a dive.

Marg's fight should have been stopped, Mosley begged Naz to stop the fight, and Algieri was kd countless times.

I think his debut at the weight vs Cotto flattered his power at welterweight. He obviously had pop in his shots but a lot of his stopping power at welter came from the volume and speed of his shots with him overwhelming guys and breaking them down, while at 140lbs and below he was a huge puncher, at welter he was never really a big puncher.

He's had 12 wins at welter and only stopped 2 opponents, Cotto and Matthysse. Pac simply isn't a true welterweight and that's reflected by his lack of real one punch power at the weight.

Now he's past prime, can no longer fight with the same intensity, throw with the same volume, has slowed and still fighting in a division against naturally much bigger men. So I think stoppage wins for Pac will be few and far between.

Because they turtle up and fight scored, they fight to survive. If you knew boxing you would understand this. Cotto could have easily survived Pac if he ran around the right the whole night. Fighters approach changed.

He's also a lot more gunshy, and throws far less punches since JMM. He was throwing 1200 punches per fight, now 600.
