Did De La Hoya really take a dive against Bhop ?

    Did he ?I keep reading from past comments that the body shot was actually fake ? I actually think Bhop legit stopped de la hoya. Fans are probably trying to take credit away from Bhop .

    No. If you watch the replays of the shot, there is one particular replay that shows the punch landing high on the rib-cage behind the right arm. Punches do not usually land that high on the rib-cage, it was a perfectly placed shot. Also, when it landed ODLH did a double footed little jump, and did did not seeing it coming at all. That was no play acting, he was hurt bad.

    These are the same people who say late reaction times look fake and thereby are fake.

    Last time I got hit in the liver, my breathing stopped. The shot didn't really hurt at all, but my breath went away for what felt like forever. Complete agony.

    Hopkins started pro boxing in the 175 lb. division. Oscar started at 130. They met at a catchweight of 158. Hopkins threw a perfect liver shot. You do the math.

    No, it was a pin point perfect punch on a DLH who was slowly being worn down by B-Hop.

    People, who have never taken a good body shot, can´t relate.
    Took a good one to the solar plexus and had a complete CNS shutdown.
    It simply happens, none ya can do about it.
