Keith Thurman's Distasteful/Offensive Impersonation of Manny Pacquiao...

It's a terrible impression. He sounds more like Chris Eubank Sr.

 

I have a cockney accent. Whenever I go abroad people try to imitate it. That's fine - depending on what they're saying of course - and often funny.

I don't know why people are sensitive about accent's. It's the content of the speech that matters.

 

His wife is from Nepal. She possibly has a much heavier accent. So Thurman hears that all day and then decides to make fun of Manny's English. Weird fella this Keith.

 

I used to date a girl from Manchester and often mocked her accent - if you can't have a laugh with you girlfriend or wife then you need to find a new one.

A British girl is a native speaker, not someone who makes an effort to speak what she speaks. There's almost always a sense of belittling when a native speaker mocks the accent of a non-native speaker. It's perceived so even when it's not intended. Kind of like making fun of one's complexion.

I'm pretty sure Keith wouldn't like it if someone else mocked his wife's accent, the way he mocked Manny's.

 

Lol im not offended by him bad talking other fighters . It's just sad that Canelo and Pac have a bigger legacy than this guy and he acts as if he's done alot.
