This has competitive decision that Broner gets the nod in written all over it. Against a more straight forward opponent like Lopez Broner opens up a bit more and lands at a good percentage. However he will still have lapses of doing next to nothing that will allow Lopez to win rounds and make for a close fight.

 

If broner can’t beat Lopez he needs to retire. He’s lost to garcia, maidana, porter and Pac. That’s respectable opponents who’s expected to beat him (maidana in hindsight).

If Broner can let his hands go, he should win a close decision. But he seems gun shy. (as I predicted he wold be for Pac)

I like Lopez’s chances at this point. Robert has done a tremendous job with him and it showed in the Thurman fight. I’d go with Lopez UD.

 

I think Broner would get the W vs Riverside in a nice fight. Lopez would find some success with his come forward style but not being quite a manny pacquiao, Broner would adjust comfortably vs Lopez I feel, unlike he did vs Pac. I see it has a Broner vs Molina Jr. type fight.
