I do think that Golovkin is ****ing charismatic, too, BUT HERE'S THE THING: He was promoted completely the wrong way by Loeffler, who was making him copy Pacquiao and act all goofy, which was funny at the beginning, but was easy to see it was forced, ungenuine and wasn't going well with Gennady's real character. Plus Cucks Kellerman and HBO rode that train too and were making him to be a happy goofy guy in the post fight interviews. I see his demeanor, it's the same as Chavez Sr, meaning that he's a humble boxer and a real gentlemen, but at the same time when some fighters were trash talking him, you could see he's a scary dude in reality and can be mean, the one that doesn't **** around. To prove my point go read and watch his interviews the kazakhs reporters were doing with him, where he was completely the opposite of how was he portrayed by the media in USA. He was smacking Ward and even Carl Froch. It's only when he got fed up with Canelo that the americans saw that he could be mean for the first time.

Although some of his act are pathtic and distasteful, the most charismatic boxer today is Saunders in my opinion. Certianly the bewt trash talker.

Loma and uysk come across decent guys with a good sense of humour.

Whyte is certianly one of most entertaining interviewees on boxing social media channels.

 

I've never understood people calling Fury charismatic, he always comes across as being akward when he talks and appears very David Brent like.

 

Besides Fury, another boxer I find to be charismatic, hilarious and down to earth is Shannon Briggs. The story and reasoning behind his slogan "let's go champ" is a good one too.
