I seem to recall him saying before his fight on the Joshua Takam under card that Yafai was the number 1 superfly weight now he's trumpeting his new man as number one wahahaha.

Fast car is Ruthless man, stabbing in the back one of the first few guys to join matchroom.

Hearn is not the loyal promoter he makes himself out to be. It's been proven many times before that honour means nothing to him. If he was promoting Wilder-Joshua and Wilder beat him two times including the rematch, he'd leech onto Deontay like a parasite.

He pulled the same manoeuvre when he initially promoted Frampton and then Quigg. His word means nothing and that shouldn't be surprising to anyone because his sole interest is money and fame (for himself).

Feed? You mean make a unification fight. It'd be like saying he's feeding joshua to Wilder or fury if that fight got made. Total nonsense. The anti hearn sentiment is insane at times.

    Yes, that's the plan.

Personally I have found it difficult to gauge how good Yafai actually since winning the WBA a couple of year ago. Let's face it his last 4 opponents Gonzalez, Carmona, Ishida and Muranaka have been there literally as opponents.

I kind of would like to see the Charlie Edwards fight now (never thought I would say it). And actually think it would sell to the casuals / mass market (again never thought I would say it).

Nope, can’t see it myself. Yafai has no interest in fighting the other champs in the division. They had a chance to fight Inoue a year or so ago but there was no way in hell that Hearn and Yafai would have taken that fight. The only name fighter that he wants to fight is faded Roman Gonzales even though Rungvisai had already destroyed him. I would be very surprised if Yafai fights either Rungvisai or Ancajas.

You have such an agenda it's unreal. You would be the first to criticise Hearn for not stepping up his fighters. He's making him a unification with Neites then the winner fights Rungvisai. That is great and should be celebrated not mocked. Yafai is a world champion and should look to unify when he can. Hearn can't win with some of you people, you just want to criticise for the sake of it.

Only one way to prove all the detractors wrong and that’s make the big fights, asap. No more forgettable defences against no-hopers that hardly anyone has ever heard off. We’ve all heard the big talk in the past about wanting to fight the best and the other champions but I’ll believe it when I see it.
