I just watched the awful bout between Miller and Waashington and while Miller`s punches are slow and easy to evade he makes you keep working with volume punching and his massive girth seems to make him impossible to hurt are AJ or Wilder going to be able to stop Miller from walking either man down because I feel if AJ can`t hurt Miller he will gass having to keep punching the huge man to out point him and keep him off.
AJ is relentless and unlike Wilder, ACCURATE. If he's accurate against a much better mover than Miller, then he can hit Miller with ease. Miller is more competitive against Wilder because Wilder doesn't throw anywhere near as much. To stop a big guy like that, it's less about one punch and more about combination punching. Joshua's main trait is combination punching. That coupled with Miller's lack of movement makes it the perfect fight for AJ. Miller can survive one or two shots, sure. But Joshua doesn't stop at that. Once he's caught you, he piles on the pressure and never stops until his man is down. It doesn't matter who you are. If you stand and trade with AJ, it ends in tears. Nobody can fight AJ up close, he's too physically imposing.
Yes AJ is a brilliant combo puncher and I feel Miller may have the perfect size and style to beat Wilder.
Miller better have a Mercer or McCall level chin if he ever fights Joshua or Wilder, because he eats a lot of shots against inferior guys to them so he's gonna be hit hard and hit hard a lot if he steps in with them. Chances are Miller gets stopped if he eats too many shots off either of them. I think if he fights Joshua is going to be a brutally one sided fight, nobody so far has been able to stand toe to toe with Joshua and come out favourably. Takam who usually marauds forward like he did vs Chisora became a counter puncher, mover vs Joshua, even Povetkin chose to go in and out and not just march forward.
Yeah. I think both punch hard enough to disconnect just about anyone if they land clean consistently.
Unless he has an iron chin and i mean iron of the highest order he get's brutally KO'd by both because he's FAR too easy to hit.
True . But Miller is lacking Height. Miller would Massive out size Poohvetkin. Still Alexander can crack maybe UD but likely would've been crazy exchanges. Miller is less technical I bet Miller would get gun shy
In isolation maybe, but after several rounds of Evander hitting him and with him beginning to feel the pace like Mercer did, I doubt it. Evander hit Mercer with a flush right hand on the ropes, Mercer then walked into a big counter left hook and then another left hook made him take a knee. I don't think a tiring Miller could take that flush right then two big left hands from Evander and stay upright under the same circumstances. But who knows maybe Miller has an immense chin, but I doubt it.
Joshua - Yes Wilder - No Joshua is a devastating combination puncher. Wilder is a skinny telegraphing pot shotter. Miller would bust him up inside 6 rounds.
Miller is an unknown to all of us,ain’t no way you can judge him by his opponents as they all the same,carefully picked,unable to hurt Miller and basically no good. Who knows what his chins like?
