The point is if the DAZN thing was done there would have been no bivol signing, no Srisaket Sor Rungvisai signing, no potential GGG signing. You can't move the goalposts. Either Hearn was silent about DAZN because the relationship was done or not?. As I posted above Hearn has his responsibilities to Sky has to meet those expectations. If he does not in sure Smith will let other be known to him to sort it out.
Why would Hearn be scared stiff? Joshua is earning everyone involved with him an absolute fortune. He was the second active boxer, after Canelo, on the 2018 Forbes rich list. He's the biggest PPV success story in the history of British boxing. Why should he be worried? Because he booked Wembley and ended up having AJ fighting in New York? Seems a lot want to have their cake and eat it here. AJ too scared to travel and wants to just fight at home. Signs to fight in New York? I’m not moving any goalposts at all. My belief is that unless there is a major development over the next year or so, Hearn won’t last past his 2 year contractand if he does, Goldenboy will be given even more or the majority of the budget. GGG signing would be a major boost that Hearn desperately needs. He has failed to get any of the Haymon fighters like Spence, Broner, Davies,Pac etc and Bivol and Srisaket as good as they are are not going to generate subs. Infact he lost Beterbiev, so Bivol is kind of a like for like rather than adding to the schedule.
Hearn is spreading himself too thin imo. U.K. matchroom cards have been diluted in terms of quality since all this faffing around in America. That 22nd December card was inferior to the BT card on the same night.

Kugan didnt know what he meant but it seemed like some sort of veiled threat that Eddie was aware of. I got the feeling Smith and Sky's top brass are indeed not happy with Eddie. One man has only got so much time and energy I'm a day so fact Hearn is in Americabetc so much is bound to effect the quality of Sky shows so I bet they are indeed not happy.

Do you have any idea how difficult it is to sell tickets for boxing in NYC? Hearn recently promoted Danny Jacobs, a New Yorker, in his title win, and it did less than 5k. Infact it wasn’t even In the main arena in MSG, it was in the theatre. How many tickets is AJ going to be able to sell? I could be incorrect, but I don’t reallly get the impression that the Wembley casuals will be flying out there in droves to support him. Remember this is in Manhattan, that’s not really the type of place where your going to get a walk up unless they are invested in the event and both, AJ and Miller are complete unknowns. it’s not even In the Barclays centre, where Hearn would have the Brooklyn Boxing Team who partner with the arena behind him to help with the promotion. Do you remember Hattons US debut against Collazo..? It could very well be a similar type of event, half empty and lifeless and full of issues. All of these things could really damage the AJ brand that Hearn always talks about. There’s also other potential issues, unfamiliar authorities, AJ has to to find a suitable training camp and just the general changes to his routine. I hope all goes fine, but If anybody thinks that Hearn isn’t concerned about taking his Golden goose out of his comfort zone then you must be completely deluded.
Why the hell are they talking about Whyte on PPV? I'm sorry but Whyte vs Brazeale or Povetkin isn't PPV worthy. This is what happens when you give Whyte a big pay day. He expects that every time now so they have to make his fights PPV to get the revenue to pay him his over-inflated fight fee. Hearn is topping out - I give it another year or so tops before the PPV bubble bursts for him.
If Whyte/Chisora was PPV, you can bet the house on Whyte/Povetkin or anyone else for that matter being PPV.
