    Round 1: 10-9 Day
    Round 2: 10-9 Day
    Round 3: 10-9 Day
    Round 4: 10-9 Day
    Round 5: 10-9 Day
    Round 6: 10-9 Day
    Round 7: 10-9 Iliev
    Round 8: 10-9 Iliev
    Round 9: 10-9 Day

Day lands the right hand counter a few times that was so common in the earlier rounds. Day avoiding punches with good head movement and Iliev is letting him off the hook by not bringing that heavy pressure. Day lands a few shots and avoids Iliev in the last minute except for a right hand with 15 seconds left. Close round.

Day is getting tired and weaker. Iliev is getting stronger and he smells blood.
Day needs a Teddy Atlas pep talk fast.

The ESPN graphic said that Joe Higgins was Day’s hometown, not trainer

Day won 7 or 8 out of 9 so far. I doubt he gonna lose this in America. Iliev can't crack an egg with his punches and hasn't scored a single (legit) Knockout in his whole pro career.

    Round 1: 10-9 Day
    Round 2: 10-9 Day
    Round 3: 10-9 Day
    Round 4: 10-9 Day
    Round 5: 10-9 Day
    Round 6: 10-9 Day
    Round 7: 10-9 Iliev
    Round 8: 10-9 Iliev
    Round 9: 10-9 Day
    Round 10: 10-9 Iliev

Day trying to stay away from Iliev, then lands a hard left hand that staggers Iliev. He recovers quickly and brings the pressure as Day is looking pretty tired. Iliev wants it more but Day makes it to the end.

Aggressor versus counter puncher throughout the fight and could easily see a couple rounds going to Iliev and having some very close scores. For me, though, I have it:

    97-93 Patrick Day

7-3 or 8-2 IMO. Doesn't like Ilievs style. Missed a lot.

Is Iliev the Top Rank fighter or Day? If it’s Day, he’s easily winning this

Patrick Day's next fight HAS to be on a St Patrick's Day card.

I totally missed the fight. There were huge odds on Olea, no idea if he has a shot here.

    Round 1: 10-9 Sanchez

Sanchez looks at least one weight class bigger than Olea, and he lands a big right hand that buckled Olea's knees. Olea not offering much and Sanchez is teeing off on him, then backs off. Good three punch combination to the body from Sanchez, followed up with an uppercut that lands.
