    I mean, he is aping his style (at times anyway - his stance, at least), that alone will invite comparisons. Also, his amateur pedigree is substantial...he didn't medal but then Floyd only got bronze, so we know that obtaining gold (or falling short in the pursuit) isn't the be-all end-all...

    Possible..but it looks like they are takin care of that cut pretty good and he seems to be hangin in there a little better than earlier.

    López is styling on Magdaleno, even landing a behind the small of the back (his own) left hook on the body of Magdaleno while cleaving in close against him. Magdaleno still trying, pumping out a high and respectably snappy right jab while pitching his weight forward on his lead foot's ball and toes, but López is able to skirt most of his 1-2s, letting them skid harmlessly off his stomach, while countering with vicious accuracy while barely moving his feet (but artfully when he does)

    Nah, maybe when Lopez is 25-26 and Loma is on the slide but currently I see Loma just pot shotting him all night, Magdaleno is landing quite a few shots on him thus far
