Gilberto Ramirez (39-0, 25 KO) decided to change the weight category and confirmed the announcements made after the recent fight with Jess Hart. Subsequent fights 27-year-old Mexican will fight in the light-heavyweight category. Ramirez currently holds the WBO World Champion title in the super-medium weight. Soon, the Top Rank fist boxer will unpack this belt and move to another division. In the new Ramirez category, the first fight will take place at the turn of April and May. In the second half of the year, a Mexican boxer is supposed to challenge for the world championship in the light heavyweight category.
With Kovallev regaining his WBO belt, things are getting more interesting in light-heavyweight division. Kovalev/Yarde or Alvarez/Kovalev 3 would be interesting next. Gilberto Ramirez/Kovalev for the summer would be nice also.
That's the best I've seen Plechko look and I was pretty impressed by him there. He looks so much better when he's picking his shots and using footwork as opposed to just wading in like a madman trying to blast his opponent out of there with a non-stop barrage of heavy shots from either hand.

Ronald Baca isn't unskilled - he has draws against Kenny Lemos (a skilled boxer who was too lazy to get himself into any kind of shape and never reached his potential) and Justin Jones. BUT Baca is definitely overweight, himself. How overweight? Well when Lemos and Baca fought their 2nd fight - the ring collapsed (I $hit you not). Baca will probably hold his own for a couple rounds then gas and get stopped.
Efetebor Apochi will soon have his 7th fight at cruiserweight. Very promising cruiserweight. Have crushing power, good movement and good hand speed. I expect him to step up this year. He is with Richard Shaefer. Here is information about his amateur career:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Efetobor_Wesley_Apochi.
“I don’t know yet who the next fight will be with, but it should be in April. Most likely, either in England or in the USA. Managers agree, we wait, when it comes closer I will say for sure, - TASS quotes Povetkin, who has already started a full-fledged training camp after last year’s elbow surgery.
Just as I expected, Junior Fa will face Newfell Quatah on March 2. I will go with the upset. On the same card prospect George Arias will face Rober Simms. Also on the card Hemi Ahio will face Ed Fountain.
