Literally he keeps reposting a link to what is essentially a policy statement stating that UKAD adheres to a 365 testing regime where they can request samples from athletes when they are overseas. It’s worthless. There’s no evidence that they enforce it and, as I’ve pointed out, UKAD do not have the resources to make this happen.

Try reading actual details first. Nothing to do with UKAD.

I do find it funny that you don't really dig UK testing yet when UKAD said BJ Saunders did nothing wrong you had no problem with that. I'm confused.

Haha. He didn’t break WADA or UKAD’s rules, that’s all i’m saying. I don’t think them rules are right by the way.

What's the source of your expertise of UKAD's finances and resources deepthroat ?

How much for example would it cost UKAD to send somebody from an agency in Dubai on UKAD's behalf to test an athlete under UKAD's control?

You seem to have a good old time belittling anyone else claims that don't fit into your anti matchroom agenda so cmon deepthroat substantiate some of your claims.

In another thread you literally just posted “ Take your brand of nonsense and steer clear of me not in the least bit interested sunshine“, and now you are on my dick trying to engage. Make your mind up...

I already stated before that UKAD settled the Fury case because they didn’t have the money to mount a legal battle. It would cost thousands to send someone to Dubai, pay them for carrying out their duties and covering expenses. If an anti-doping organisation shits itself from actually proving a doping violation, common sense suggests they are not going to pay for testing overseas for a golden child who pays them for in-camp testing anyway.

It’s not really a relevant analogy. He wouldn’t have broken USADA’s rules either which are the same as WADA and UKAD. He broke VADA’s rules and therefore the contract & the rest is history.

I like VADA’s rules. I think the legitimate anti doping organisations should adopt their rules.

When you get to the level Joshua is at, you WILL get found out if you are doping. Just wait for the evidence first guys.

What nonsense. How many guys at the top of their sports have been popped for drugs?

In boxing alone, the most blatant high profile dopers have always gotten away with it. Evander Holyfield was undisputed HW champ and the evidence against him for taking drugs is overwhelming yet he was never caught.

Pacquiao, the most blatant doper of the current era has never been caught.

Canelo is one of the very few extremely high profile athletes in any sport to have been popped and it was swept under the carpet very quickly. And he’s taking a lot more substances other than clen.

Surely that means you should be suspicious of every fighter that steps in the ring then and mot just Anthony Joshua. Those already popped for dirty tests I would think would be your #1 target.

You could basically say tests don't find everyone so every champion in each division is cheating unless they are tested every time they step on a aeroplane. Why AJ gets this special treatment I don't know.

I’ve said many many times on here that as a spectator of boxing I assume that all of them are doping because it’s so damn obvious to me and they’d be stupid not to. Would you go into a life or death fight with someone who may be enhanced without doing so yourself? If I was a boxer I would use peds 100%. Because in my eyes it would be levelling the playing field, not cheating.

That's a very cynical way of looking at sport. There will be plenty of boxers who don't want to cheat.

The link wasn't to Dubai, it was to a document laying out the procedure for overseas testing. UKAD don't fly their testers across the world, they require their athletes to register under the 'Whereabouts' protocol and they are then subject to 24/7 unnannounced testing carried out under WADA rules and at WADA certified testing labs by ADO's.

In the case of Dubai these tests would presumably be carried out by RADO, the Gulf States and Yemen regional anti doping organisation. They have a lab in Dubai technology park that was scheduled to be compliant with the required standards.

I'm going to leave my participation in this thread here.

    Hallilujah brother....
Finally the voice of reason....People have this utopia view that Boxing is like Rocky and its all about drinking raw eggs and running up steps .

Go to any gym in any town and there will be a big % of fellas on PEDs so why oh why do people think that sportsmen who actually have the cause and need to use PEDs wont do it?..It would be like asking Formula ONE teams to use unleaded fuel because its better for the enviroment

I suppose it comes as no surprise that those who are very critical of Joshua, to the extent that it's 100% inconceivable that he isn't juicing, tend to be the same people who are routinely critical of Matchroom, Hearn, Joshua and so on, and tend to favour Fury over him. Those backing Joshua, or at least saying the evidence isn't as compelling, tend to be those who back up Matchroom, Joshua and so on when the discussion comes up.

That said, I'm surprised that there isn't more focus on the impact that a drug test fail would have on Joshua in comparison to a loss. This presents an interesting question; is Joshua on the gear because he's terrified/his team are terrified that if he's not he may lose and that is disastrous for his career? Or would 'Joshua fails PED test' headlines do more damage?

For me, it's so obviously the latter that's the worst case scenario.
