Really happy with this fight. It's going to be a tougher ask than most people think.

No issues from my perspective.

Steve Bunce has checked all the heavyweight champs since 1960. Joshua is the first one who has gone 5 months from fighting and still hasn't an opponent named.

Really?

Lennox Lewis beats Mike Tyson in June 2002.

This article http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/boxing/2915361.stm on the BBC from April 2003 suggests no opponent has been scheduled, with talk of a Tyson rematch, Kirk Johnson, Vitali Klitschko and Joe Mesi being mentioned.

Obviously Lewis went on to fight Klitschko after Johnson pulled out, but did he really have an opponent named within five months?

Nothing to do with AJ's greed then? That's good to know...

Not sure if you know but AJ is the Forbes 25th richest athlete in the world. No other active boxers bar Canelo and GGG (who is miles below him) make the list.

Just suggesting that he didn't get there because he's greedy. More that he did because he generates absolutely loads of money.

Serious question. Do you knock one out more to pictures of AJ and Hearn together or a picture of AJ next to his net worth?

Would prefer our current fighters to be fighting more regularly to be honest.
You could accept more keep busy fights that way but not great for Josh to be out of action for so long in his peak years.

Will be interesting to see how this sells in NY?
What's the capacity for MSG?

I did before when I believed he was a real person who just happened to be an unreasonable *****! However, since I realised he's only a sad, obsessional alt with mental health issues, I find his latest guise hilarious.

Yep.

He's just a troll masquerading as some hedge-fund manager who just happens to have 12 hrs plus a day to post on here, as yer do.

In fact, anyone who is just a MR stooge, the list is getting bigger by the week. I get that everyone is an expert and no-ones ever wrong on an internet forum, but discussion around British boxing is becoming more and more about "numbers" and less and less about the actual fight. In fact, it's gone further than that, and it's about 70/30 now, "money" to actual fight talk.

It's got a direct connection to Hearn lapsing into daddy-talk in his iFL promo interviews. I don't want to read about it on here as well as twitter.
