With the UK boxing landscape as it currently is, I'm 99% sure this will be PPV.

More importantly, after Saunders Andrade fell through, does this mean we finally get to see FW and Hearn at the top table?!?! That's PPV on it's own :D

I can see Galahad doing well in this fight. Some people think it's an easy mandatory to get out of the way before a unification but Galahad's no mug. He's strong, fit and skilful.

Anyone think this could sell out Leeds football ground?

Warrington has a decent following there, Barry may bring a few (myself included) up from Sheffield

I'll be hoping Barry wins but Warringtons workrate is incredible and idk how Barry will cope

Lsc has recently turned Josh down.
Maybe there's a trio with Carl looming.
I heard a whisper that E.R is booked for may. He will do 25000+ , if it's true then that could be the reason Frank put in that bid. Maybe it won't be ppv

Will be a tough sell, Galahad is no Frampton and Warrington isn't ppv without a known dance partner. I dunno maybe Galahad can get some advice from Billy Joe on how to make some noise

What did it do last time? I've no idea what it done last time, nor what it would do a second time. Nonetheless, Warrington must be absolutely huge now in Leeds, after defeating Selby and Frampton + the critically acclaimed film about him. He was always big in his hometown.

All I'm saying is I wouldn't be surprised if Josh done serious numbers in Elland road at this stage of his career.

BJS would struggle to sell out my living room. So would steer clear getting advice from him

If that's true, I don't see why he wouldn't do over 30,000 for this fight? Those 20,000 tickets were sold BEFORE he was a world champion. He's now FOTY and arguably Britain's p4p no.1. It's an all British dust up, that'll be relished in Leeds.

Good news for fans, and essentially confirmation from Warren that his recent PPV's have bombed badly.

With Fury almost certain to fight in America next, Frampton possibly coming to the end of his career and now in Warrington's shadow, and poor old Saunders still as popular as terminal illness, Warrington is probably Frank's most marketable fighter domestically for the near future.

No doubt he'll spin this as doing the fans a favour; don't forget this is a man who deemed Brook v Jennings and Audley v Rogan as being PPV worthy.

I think you need to be careful about how things like fighter of the year and P4P rankings translate into popularity.

I do agree with his popularity though. We all know that we've had highly regarded P4P fighters in the past who evidently haven't been particularly popular, (DeGale springs to mind here), but I do think Warrington would do very decent live business. I know people hate it, but one thing he's done very well is tap into the football market. 'Leeds Warrior,' coming in to Leeds Utd songs, Vinny Jones doing the walk in, fighting at Elland Road. The message is very clear; if you support Leeds, you support Josh Warrington.
