Guys like Pacquiao, RJJ are Sergey Kovalev are still technically active, but their best days are behind them.

Jacob's is still at his peak now. And his resume is a monster.

Hes fought guys like Truax, Mora, Quillin, Derevyanchenko, GGG, Pirog and now Canelo. And with the exception of GGG and Mora all those guys were in their prime and Golovkin wasnt that far past it even when they fought.

I've always been a massive Jacobs fan. And will continue to be one. And he will most likely outbox Canelo and lose on the scorecards as Oscar has already rigged the cards.

But make no mistake hes the anti Mayweather. He comes to fight the best and has almost unlimited intestinal fortitude.

But Jacobs got stopped by Pirog.

Sor Rungvisai is probably ahead. Also Lomachenko. Leo Santa Cruz is up there too. Canelo is no worse than even.

Not sure about your original point, but I do agree that he will win 7-8 rounds, and end up losing by 8-9 rounds.

No way he vacated his title to avoid the biggest challenge of his career.

Good resume but Canelo’s is better. Joshua and Fury as well.

Canelos is not better FFS. You can't duck out on the biggest challenge of your career and get away with it.

That's like making it to the finals in Wimbledon and sizing up your opponent and saying "nah". Then forfeiting the championship. What if Roger Federer just said in his prime, uhhhh you can have the title, I'm quitting.

Yes it does. He fought a different version of the fighter he was supposed to fight. Why don't we go get Aaron Pryor and Ray Leonard to go fight now because the fight didnt happen when it was supposed to. See the flaws in your logic?

You are trying to compare two current fighters w/ one who's 60+, and one who's dead, fighting now? Highly flawed attempt at logistics here.

    Canelos is undoubtably better.

Don’t forget Jacobs refused the second weigh in against GGG and had a decent weight advantage on fight night. Canelo is naturally a fair bit smaller than GGG so his win means more. So there was a years difference from when they fought, big deal. Not like GGG had deteriorated much, if at all in that space of time.
