Would a fighter be an ATG to you if 5 of your last 11 came of a loss?

Duran and Robinson acheived far more in their primes than the other fighters you mentioned here did, Calzaghe was better than all Roy`s oponents in his prime so losing to him they way he did means much more than Robi or Duran losing when they both did at the end of their careers, if you`re including Duran`s loses to Hagler and Hearns then that is harsh, his arms were too short to fight great fighters at 154-160 and he still did well against Marvin.

In most instances, greats aren't greats due to the tail end of their career when they are no longer in their prime.

Pretty sure he's talking about PAC. Even though 5 of his last 11 were not off of IMMEDIATE previous losses. He did lose 4 of last 11. N he said they were the guys his legacy is built on which is not true in either Pacquiaos or jones jr case but more so pacs than jones's. He could also be talking about cotto who lost at least 4 of his last 11. But I don't think he fought 5 dudes off losses in his last 11 either. Money's on PAC though. Either way, he's trying to troll n discredit someone that's obviously considered an ATG by many and whom he does not like.

You have to disregard the latte rate part of his career because 9/10 times a prime fighter wouldn't of lost

Don’t see how, or he’s clueless. Only 1 fighter Pac fought of his last 11 came off a loss and that’s Rios. Everyone else was coming off a win or draw.

I think he's referring to prime pac's run from Morales I up until Margarito fight.. everybody he fought in that period was coming off a recent devastation loss going into the fight combined with ugly showings

Calzaghe wasn't better than James Toney.

He fought 2 guys off losses. Clottey which was a questionable loss and MAB which was a rematch. That would be serious reaching.

Now if you’re going to say a recent loss, that’s ridiculous, serious reaching. What’s next criteria, which fighter fought someone who’s had a loss? Lol.

Ezzard Charles had 20 losses, tough to win a fight down the stretch. Jack Johnson lost about half a dozen straight to end his career.

Who cares? It is usually sad and it can be great if you don't like the guy I guess. Losses at the end of a career mean infinitely less than those during ones' prime (and most greats lost a fight or two at least somewhat close to their prime... though prime will more often involve a period where they did not taste decisive defeat, if they are an ATG especially).

It's like saying Ivan Calderon turned out to be a fraud. You'd be an idiot.
