Davis appears to be a right handed southpaw and this is the reason for his poor footwork, I also think that Lomachenko is also a right handed southpaw but has better footwork, both of them will struggle against a real southpaw that has power due to there unbalanced stance
Corrola to beat Lomachenko by staying away from the right and attack Lomachenko's weaker left side, I know easier said than done.
Lomachenko is a natural right that fights as a southpaw. I dont see balance issues with either of their stances except for when Tank loads up on bombs.
I'd favor Lomachenko (by clear UD) in this one right now. The Hugo Ruiz fight doesn't tell me much of anything about Davis's chances. He'd be a threat early on for sure, but the longer the fight goes on, the more likely it is that Hi-Tech "downloads his blueprint" and takes over. Still need to see more (development) from Davis in future fights.
I see issues with both of them I definitely see weaknesses with both of their left hands both can not throw at full extension and therefore lack the power of a true power left hand in my opinion.
I'd hazard a guess he thinks the same as you, and the rest of every balanced boxing fan out there..Loma, as has been said already in this thread, is a once in a generation kind of fighter
Tank crosses his feet. Loma beats him comfortable as long as he stays on his toes and uses his footwork to get in and out. I don't see him having much trouble if he point fights him like he did Russell Jr. Jr.s footwork looks better than Tank's.
Davis has the power to hurt Loma, but he doesn’t pace himself well and would likely gas and get himself stopped, since Loma is always in excellent shape.
