On March 2 in Scotland. Risky fight for Browne to take, I wouldn't be suprised if there was an upset here. Browne should have taken on Tom Little as a warm up for Allen instead.
Huge risk. I'm guessing Browne or his management requested a well thought of journeyman who could give him rounds but didn't realise exactly what they were getting. This could very easily be a banana skin as Sokolowski's record is deceiving.
Based on recent performances Sokolowski is a real live dog here and I fancy him to win a decision. Alot of people are sleeping on his skills and true ability based on his record alone.
Yeah this isn’t a tick over fight this is a competitive fight stupid from Browne’s side and kamil got decent notice for it as well. 100% a much harder fight than Tom little.
Lol Browne will beat this bloke like a drum. Hyping journeyman now lol ffs Browne isnt that bad. And no Kamil hasn't beaten anyone near Brownes level
It would be a huge upset Browne was in great shape last time I seen him, much better than the Whyte fight.
If Browne didn't look as washed as he has in his last few fights, then yes I agree. Browne is favorite still and rightly so, but to lobby this as a huge upset (which Egginton getting stopped by that random dude was, for example) is inaccurate.
This would be a bigger upset than that, at least in that fight nobody had seen the African chap. We have all seen both of these guys Kell Brook hasn't looked the sharpest lately but nobody would pick Eggington to beat him. Is this a 4 rounder or something? That would be the only hope for Kamil, hes way too small and Browne is physical.
6 or an 8 I would think. Had his fight against Price been longer he'd have likely stopped Price, who had been made to work hard. Browne doesn't tend to fight in a way that makes use of being the bigger guy, so I don't see the size being of particular issue. Browne should win, likely on points, but it won't be a schooling by any means. I absolutely disagree vehemently that this would be a bigger upset that Egginton. I think you're probably the only person of that opinion.
He may have been in good shape but he looked terrible against Junior Pati of all people lol and was nearly finished off by Julius Long previously, another career loser. Unless Kamil is paid to lose which I think he may be then this is a very even fight
This "tune up" is so bizarre that Kamil must be getting paid to lose. I can see it now at the Allen/Browne press conference from Eddie.. "The rejuvenated Browne stopped the very game Kamil Sokoloski who previously went the distance against Gorman and Price"
